1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VideoGrowthTools ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VideoGrowthTools provides YouTube analytics tools including retention analysis, AI-powered recommendations, and other creator growth features. The Service requires authentication with your Google/YouTube account to access your channel data.

3. Credits & Payments

  • New accounts receive 5 free credits upon signup.
  • Additional credits can be purchased in packs via Stripe.
  • Credits are non-refundable and do not expire.
  • Each video analysis consumes 1 credit.
  • If an analysis fails due to a system error, the credit will be automatically refunded.
  • All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when creating your account
  • Use the Service only for your own YouTube channels
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or circumvent the Service
  • Not share your account access with others
  • Comply with YouTube's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by VideoGrowthTools. Analysis results generated for your videos are provided for your personal use. You retain all rights to your YouTube content.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for credits in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Unused credits will not be refunded upon account termination.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes via the Service.
