When you sign in with Google, we collect your YouTube channel ID, channel name, and OAuth tokens necessary to access your YouTube Analytics data. We do not collect your email address, password, or any personal information beyond what is required to provide our services.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the data we collect to:

• Retrieve your YouTube video metadata (titles, thumbnails, publish dates)
• Fetch retention and analytics data for your videos
• Generate AI-powered analysis and recommendations
• Track your credit balance and purchase history

3. YouTube API Services

VideoGrowthTools uses YouTube API Services. By using our service, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using AES encryption. We store your data on secure servers hosted by Supabase (PostgreSQL) and Railway. We do not sell, share, or distribute your data to third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Upon account deletion, all associated data including OAuth tokens, analysis history, and credit records will be permanently removed.

6. Revoking Access

You can revoke VideoGrowthTools' access to your YouTube data at any time through your Google Account permissions page.

7. Payments

Credit purchases are processed through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. All payment processing is handled securely by Stripe in accordance with PCI DSS standards.
